NewSpring Capital invests $ 12.5 million in Dutch/American ReviMedia

NewSpring Capital has invested $ 12.5 million in ReviMedia Group BV. ReviMedia is founded by Frans van Hulle and Bas Offers in 2010 and is a market leader in online lead generation. Recently ReviMedia started actively offering its lead exchange platform PX. ReviMedia's lead generation solutions and PX platform provides advanced lead scoring and verification technology, which enable customers to improve the performance of their sales organization and increase revenues.

The investment of $ 12.5 million will be used to expand its sales and marketing organization, to support the international expansion and the further development of the PX technology platform.
