Objection
If your WBSO application has been (partially) rejected, you have received a (partially) negative R&D decision. You can then lodge an objection against this decision within 6 weeks. You substantiate your objection in a letter, and you can explain your objection verbally during an (online) hearing with RVO.
Profession
If the objection is rejected by RVO, you can appeal to the Trade and Industry Appeals Tribunal (CBb).
Vectrix can assist you with assessing the feasibility of the objection and appeal, as well as with the entire objection and appeal procedure. In many cases, this can be done on a no cure no pay basis. Contact us if you would like to know more.
